How to Share Shape Reports
After clicking the bar graph icon and selecting a report to view, you’ll be asked if you want to share the report with anyone.
Enter the email of the person you want to share the report with and hit enter/return. Shape will alert you that an email notification with a link to the report will be sent to the entered email(s).
Click send and that’s it!
Non-Shape users will receive an email that looks like this the first time a new report is shared with them.
Clicking "View Report" will take them directly to their new report.

How Shape's In-Platform Reports Different than ADI Reports
However, in-platform reports do have some limitations when compared to reports generated using our ADI.
Most importantly, the in-platform reports are not editable. They are designed to convey certain metrics and insights at each level (Company, Client, or Budget) and cannot be updated to provide different information than what is currently available.
Have an idea for a new prebuilt report template? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com with your ideas and we’ll see what we can do!
